Учетная ставка
1. Процентная ставка, по которой учитываются ( дисконтируются) денежные потоки будущих инвестиционных проектов (см. Discounted cash flow). Учетная ставка, используемая для проектов в частном секторе, обычно основывается на средневзвешенной стоимости капитала (см. Cost of capital). При расчете эффективности проектов в государственном секторе учитываются другие соображения.
