Как указано в Классификационном кодексе МПК, место и дату слушания по апелляции устанавливает МПСФ. Апелляционный орган вправе назначить адвоката для оказания помощи в ходе слушаний. Помимо спортсмена и переводчика, в слушаниях имеют право участвовать не более двух представителей каждой стороны.
