22 Twist On Twist
Two-fold yarn in which the twist is in the same direction as the twist in the single yarns. Such yarn has more elasticity than if reverse twist were used. Twist on twist increases the turns per inch in the single threads, thus giving a harder folded yarn. This method of twisting is usual for voile and sewing yarns. -
