Вероятно(е), если исходить из предыдущей жизни.Так называлась в римском судебном красноречии аргументация на основе биографических сведений, приводившихся в обвинительных речах для подкрепления обвинения.Их [ свидетелей ] не требовалось более - напротив, было скорее стеснительно: имелся протокол, содержавший их показания. Таким образом, все нужное для формально сильного обвинения было налицо. Данные для так называемых probabile ex vita добыть было нетрудно: лицо влиятельное, каким был Клуенций, не могло не иметь завистников и врагов, готовых вредить ему своими правильными или лживыми показаниями.
