Метод, при помощи которого контролируется связь между заказом и отгрузкой товаров. Методы заказа, которые используются наиболее часто:
- «партия на партию» (Lot for Lot);
- экономичный (оптимальный) размер заказа (EOQ);
- фиксированный размер заказа («норма поставки»);
- пополнение до максимального запаса («непрерывное пополнение»).
