Sin embargo, esas mismas fincas que antaño habíanles costado grandes riñas, fogueírouxas engarradiétchas (encendidas peleas) e xangrientus achuquináus (y sangrientos asesinatos), guéi nel díe (hoy en día) están todas o casi todas abandonadas, llenas de grandes matojos, ameruxáes d'agrombus, ya faticáus d'oitres cherbes amolexáes. (Plagadas de escobas, y de muchísimas otras hierbas malas). Y así uno quita y el otro pone, sin nunca encontrarse juntos los dos en sus fincas, estuvieron cambiando y descambiando los muñones de lugar más de una semana, hasta que un buen día entrambos se dieron de cara en la dicha finca, y fue entonces cuando se empezaron a pelar con las palabras, y tras de mondarse bien con éstas se dieron a las manos, y se propinaron una paliza de la que mi tío salió muy ufanado por haberla ganado.
