Английский глагол to advise в активной форме в конструкции с последующим инфинитивом употребляется с обязательным косвенным дополнением — to advise smb to do smth, в отличие от его русского соответствия в такой же инфинитивной конструкции, где косвенное дополнение может быть опущено: советовать (кому-либо) сделать что-либо.Ср.
