Como adjetivo, dicho de la edición de una obra, 'primera, cuando se han hecho varias': " El texto reproduce la edición príncipe de 1624" ( Abc [Esp.] 10.5.96). No debe mantenerse invariable en plural: ediciones príncipes, no * ediciones príncipe.
