An event is defined in the Olympic Charter as a competition in a sport or in one of its disciplines, resulting in a ranking and giving rise to the award of medals and diplomas. For example in short track, which is a skating discipline, 500 m, 1,000 m, 1,500 m, etc. races are events conducted as part of the short track program. (See Olympic Charter Rule 46.2)

событие
1. См. 2.

(ITIL Service Operation)
