    יָעַץ(b. h.; v. עוּץ, cmp. אוּץ) ( to press, to encourage, plan; to advise. Ber.61a כליות יוֹעֲצוֹת the kidneys are the seat of deliberation. Ib. אחת יוֹעַצְתּוֹ לטובהוכ׳ one (kidney) urges him to do good etc.Snh.76b v. היוֹעֶצְךָוכ׳, v. זָהִיר.
