nCultural note: FEDERAL COURT Negli Stati Uniti esistono le federal courts in cui si svolgono i processi per le violazioni alle leggi federali e quelli in cui il reato vede coinvolto più di uno stato, e le "state courts" per i reati contro le leggi statali.
