BURNS NIGHT En la noche del 25 de enero, Burns Night, se celebra el aniversario del nacimiento del poeta escocés Robert Burns (1759-1796). Los escoceses de todo el mundo se reúnen para celebrar su vida y obra haciendo una cena en su honor ( Burns Supper), en la que, al son de la gaita, se sirve haggis (asaduras de cordero, avena y especias cocidas en las tripas del animal) con patatas y puré de nabos.
