    Характерные искажения, возникающие у MPEG-изображений. Проявляются в виде появления облака частиц, сопровождающего движущиеся элементы - это либо "хвосты", либо зыбкие переливающиеся границы вокруг быстро движущегося объекта. Данные искажения появляются, когда кодек (Codec) не успевает обрабатывать быстро движущиеся элементы сцены и воспроизводит движущиеся элементы просто наугад.
