17 Article 63
1. La Fédération de Russie accorde l'asile politique aux citoyens étrangers et aux apatrides conformément aux nonnes du droit international universellement reconnues.2. Dans la Fédération de Russie est interdite l'extradition en faveur d'autres Etat de personnes poursuivies pour leurs convictions politiques ainsi que pour des actes (ou des omissions) non reconnus dans la Fédération de Russie comme infraction. L'extradition des personnes accusées d'une infraction ainsi que le transfert de condamnés pour subir leur peine dans d'autres Etats sont effectués sur la base de la loi fédérale ou d'un traité international de la Fédération de Russie. __________ <На английском языке см.
