IMPERIAL SYSTEM Aunque el sistema métrico decimal se implantó oficialmente en 1971 en el Reino Unido para medidas y pesos y es el que se enseña en los colegios, en el lenguaje cotidiano aún se sigue usando en muchos casos el llamado imperial system.
