2 Taft-Hartley Labor Act

(является дополнением к закону Вагнера, 1935 г.; отменил некоторые положения закона Норриса-Ла Гардия, 1932 г.; фактически представлял собой ограничение прав трудящихся, расширенных указанными законодательными актами в период "нового курса" президента Ф.
