1 central bank credit (liquidity) facility
механизм предоставления кредита (ликвидности) центральным банком
Постоянный механизм кредитования, который может быть использован определенными держателями (напр., банками) счетов в центральном банке. В некоторых случаях этот механизм может быть использован автоматически по инициативе держателя счета, а в других случаях центральный банк может оставить за собой некоторую свободу действий. Эти займы, как правило, принимают форму ссуд или овердрафтов по текущему счету держателя счета, которые могут быть обеспечены залогом ценных бумаг (также известны в отдельных европейских странах как ломбардные кредиты), либо форму традиционного переучета векселей.
