В уведомлении указываются количество ценных бумаг или товаров, их цена, дата (и иногда время) совершения сделки, ставка комиссии, расходы на уплату гербового сбора при переходе титула собственности и уплату налога на добавленную стоимость (если таковой взимается) и, наконец, общая стоимость сделки и расчетный день.
