И все же фильм местами захватывает, а его герой, носитель идеалистических воззрений – певец утопии, основанной на доброй воле людей всего мира, – прекрасно вписывается в великую американскую мечту, которая была самым мощным источником вдохновения для добрых картин Капры во все периоды его режиссерской карьеры. The Online Books Page est créée en 1993 par John Mark Ockerbloom pour répertorier les textes électroniques de langue anglaise en accès libre sur le web. A cette date, John Mark Ockerbloom est doctorant à l’Université Carnegie Mellon (à Pittsburgh, en Pennsylvanie, Etat des Etats-Unis).
