дословно - настраивать орган.Интересно, на какой слог вы в последнем слове ударение поставили? В английском это тоже и музыкальный инструмент, и часть тела. В последнем смысле слово имеет там все те же оттенки, которые придают ему комизм и у нас. Но у нас музыкальное значение хотя бы имеет ударение на другом слоге. В английском - нет, там слова абсолютно одинаковы. Так что выражение - сделать тюнинг (это у нас сейчас тоже поймут) органу - можно использовать в двух смыслах.
