Nota d'usoGli aggettivi strict e severe possono essere entrambi tradotti con “severo”, ma vengono usati per esprimere significati leggermente diversi. In ambito scolastico, strict si riferisce per lo più alla disciplina: Our teachers were very strict and there was always silence in the classroom, i nostri insegnanti erano molto severi e in classe c'era sempre silenzio.
