К предназначенному использованию относят, кроме того, соответствие техническим инструкциям, изложенным в руководстве по эксплуатации, где должны быть описаны возможные случаи неправильного использования.
Примечание - В числе возможных случаев неправильного использования при оценке риска должны быть учтены следующие случаи поведения:
- возможное ошибочное поведение вследствие обычной невнимательности, но не вследствие преднамеренного неправильного использования машины;
- реакция персонала в случае ошибки в работе, простоя и т.д. во время использования машины;
- поведение, которое можно определить как «путь наименьшего сопротивления» при решении задачи;
- преднамеренное поведение на некоторых машинах (особенно на машинах для непроизводственного назначения) определенной категории людей, например, детей или людей с замедленной реакцией.
