«Скажи это снова!» Эрик Партридж в его Dictionary of Historical Slang (Словаре исторического сленга) замечает, что фраза Say it again! представляла из себя устойчивое выражение (a catch-phrase), употребляемое портными примерно с 1870 г. Она означала «я с вами полностью согласен!». Современный её вариант - You can say that again! (ты можешь сказать это снова) широко употребляется во всех англоязычных странах и уж конечно не только портными.
