(B-D-F §81, 3; W-S. §13, 13; Rob. 337–39): εἶδα Rv 17:3 v.l.; εἴδαμεν Mk 2:12 v.l.; Ac 4:20, εἴδατε as v.l. Lk 7:22 and J 6:26, εἶδαν Mt 13:17; Mk 6:33 v.l.; Lk 10:24 al.; Ac 9:35. In gener., wherever εἶδον is read, the mixed form is found as v.l. Numerous mss. have both this and the phonetic spelling (B-D-F §23) ἴδον Rv 4:1; 6:1ff; ἴδες 1:19; ἴδεν Lk 5:2; Rv 1:2; ἴδομεν Lk 5:26; ἴδατε 7:22; ἴδετε Phil 1:30 (all as v.l.); subj. ἴδω; opt. ἴδοιμι; impv. ἴδε (Moeris p. 193 ἰδέ ἀττικῶς• ἴδε ἑλληνικῶς.
