Прибыль от коммерции облагается подоходным налогом (income tax) или корпорационным налогом (corporation tax), а не налогом на реализованный прирост рыночной стоимости капитала (Capital-gains tax) или корпорационным налогом на реализованный прирост рыночной стоимости капитала.
