деформация
1. Изменение размеров и/или формы тела, вызванное взаимным смещением его частиц под влиянием механической нагрузки и других воздействий (термических, электрических, магнитных и др.). Деформация называется упругой, если она возникает и исчезает одновременно с нагрузкой (воздействием) и не сопровождается рассеянием энергии. У металлов с кристаллическим строением упругая деформация определяется измен. р-ния м-ду атомами без нарушения порядка их расположения; при этом пропорц. деформация измен. напряжения в теле (см. Обобщенный закон Гука). Пластич. деформация остается после исчезновения вызвавшего ее воздействия. Осн. механизм пластич. деформации — перемещение и размножение дислокаций. При малых напряж. перемещ. дислокаций обратимо, а при напряж. выше предела текучести оно приводит к необрат. измен. взаимного располож. атомов, т.е. д. становится пластич. В поликристаллич. телах, как правило, одноврем. идут упр. и пластич. деформация, хотя в макромасштабе последняя может быть ничтожно мала. К простым видам деформации относят растяжение-сжатие, сдвиг, изгиб, кручение. Любую сложную д. можно свести к двум простым: растяж. (сжатию) и сдвигу. Деформация реальных тел обычно описывают в терминах механики сплошной среды, используя реологич. модели. Деформация тела вполне определяется, если известен вектор перемещ. каждой его точки.
2. Кол-венная мера д. (1.), выраж. обычно относит. величиной — степенью деформации. Выделяют бесконечно малые и конечные деформации. Деформация среды наз. малой порядка 8 « 1, если для координатных осей i,j справедливо | Б# | ? 6 и 52 можно пренебречь в сравн. с 6. Тогда Е, представляют относит. удлинения в направл. соответст. осей, а у# — относит, сдвиги; соответст. деформации складываются и относит, изменение объема (см. Тензор деформации). Если компоненты деформации сопоставимы с ед., их выраж. в терминах тензора конечной деформации. Наиб. распростран. метод исследования д. с использ. тензометров. Широко примен. тензодатчики сопротивления, поляризационно-оптич. метод, рентген. структур. анализ. Для исследования места, пластич. деформации применяют накатку на поверхности изделия координатной сетки, покрытие поверхности легко растрескивающимся лаком и т. п.
