שָׁעַרII (b. h.; v. שַׁעַר) to divide, distribute. (Midr. Till. to Ps. 14 שיערו, v. infra. Pi. שִׁיעֵר, שִׁעֵר 1) to apportion, estimate, measure, calculate.
