Nota d'usoIl verbo scivolare può essere tradotto con “to slide” o “to slip”, che però possiedono diverse sfumature di significato. Quando scivolare è un'azione consapevole o piuttosto lunga, si utilizza il verbo “to slide”: I bambini si divertivano a scivolare sul ghiaccio, the children were having a good time sliding about on the ice.
