Panel d'experts de l'UEFA composé de spécialistes dans le domaine de l' arbitrage, de la formation des arbitres et de l'organisation de l' arbitrage, qui a pour tâche d'assister la Commission des arbitres de l'UEFA dans son travail et, notamment, d'examiner les candidatures des associations membres de l'UEFA qui souhaitent devenir membres de la Convention concernant l'arbitrage, d'évaluer les membres de la Convention concernant l'arbitrage par rapport aux nouveaux modules introduits, de surveiller régulièrement l'application des exigences de qualité définies par les modules existants au sein des associations membres de l'UEFA, d'établir des rapports d'évaluation et de surveillance, de faire des rapports réguliers à la Commission des arbitres de l'UEFA, et de soumettre à celle-ci des propositions concernant les modifications qu'il est nécessaire d'apporter aux dispositions d'application de la Convention concernant l'arbitrage.A UEFA expert panel composed of specialists in refereeing or referee education and organisation whose duty is to support the UEFA Referees Committee in its work and, more specifically, to examine applications from UEFA member associations wishing to become members of the Referee Convention, to assess the members of the Referee Convention with regard to new modules, to regularly monitor the applicable quality standards for existing modules within the UEFA member associations, to draw up assessment and monitoring reports, to report regularly to the UEFA Referees Committee, and to submit proposals for necessary amendments to the Implementing Regulations of the Referee Convention.Dictionnaire Français-Anglais (UEFA Football) > Panel de certification d'arbitrage
