Amuñonar, es colocar finsos en las tierras para delimitar las diferentes propiedades. En los para mí inolvidables tiempos d'endenantes, las gentes de mis aldeas por una cuarta de tierra en un cortinal (vega) o cualquier otro lugar de sus propiedades, digo, que por defender esta tierra que era de ellos, o algunas veces por intentar afoináila (hurtársela) a sus vecinos casi siempre estaban muy predispuestos hasta asesinarse. Sin embargo, esas mismas fincas que antaño habíanles costado grandes riñas, fogueírouxas engarradiétchas (encendidas peleas) e xangrientus achuquináus (y sangrientos asesinatos), guéi nel díe (hoy en día) están todas o casi todas abandonadas, llenas de grandes matojos, ameruxáes d'agrombus, ya faticáus d'oitres cherbes amolexáes. (Plagadas de escobas, y de muchísimas otras hierbas malas). Recuerdo que un tío mío, como muchas otras gentes de mis aldeas que se las daban d'abogainus de caleyas (abogados callejeros), que siempre andaben espatuxandu nel ataxu de lus xuzgáus, (que siempre andaban corriendo en el camino de los tribunales). Cuento que este tío mío, por la causa de que su vecino, que era un falanxistón (falangista) de apariencias, pero que tenía sus sentimientos tous fechus un chaceítrial (porquería, asco), pues tenía peores intenciones, que el rapiegu y la foina, (zorro y garduña), el chobu, l'utre ya 'l glayu. (El lobo, el buitre y el grajo). Digo qu'isti home de troya (que este hombre de mierda) un día llabrandu 'l só Eru nel cortinal d'ureán (Arando su tierra en la vega del Orejón), baltióu 'l muñón de sou xeitu, (tiró el finso de su sitio), con la reya del llabiegu (reja del arado) y lexus d' encuandicayu nel llugar dóu taba (y lejos de plantarlo en el lugar donde estaba), lu que fexu 'l mu chabascún (lo que hizo el muy cerdo), fue colocarle en terreno de mi tío casi una cuarta de más, y cuando mi tío fue a semar (sembrar) su finca, se dio cuenta de que el taimado de su vecino le había arrapiegáu (hurtado) cuaxi 'n xechu del sou Eru (casi un riego de su finca) y lejos de ir hasta su casa para llamarle al orden, mi tío que era hombre nada amigo de pedir ni dar disculpas de ninguna clase, lo que hizo medio endemoniado, fue cambiar de nuevo el finso, y en vez de colocarle en el lugar legal y antiguo que tenía, lo que se le ocurrió, fue ponerlo dentro del terreno de su vecino, otro tanto más como éste, le había intentado a él robarle. Y así uno quita y el otro pone, sin nunca encontrarse juntos los dos en sus fincas, estuvieron cambiando y descambiando los muñones de lugar más de una semana, hasta que un buen día entrambos se dieron de cara en la dicha finca, y fue entonces cuando se empezaron a pelar con las palabras, y tras de mondarse bien con éstas se dieron a las manos, y se propinaron una paliza de la que mi tío salió muy ufanado por haberla ganado. Más sin embargo las cosas no se iban a quedar así, porque su vecino al siguiente día le llevó a los tribunales, y durante varios años pleitearon por aquella cuarta de terreno, escosandoyes la corexa lus aboguéus d'Uviéu (ordeñándoles la cartera los abogados de Oviedo), y no dirigiéndose la palabra jamás en sus existencias, siendo a veces la comedia de la aldea, no abiertamente porque entrambos eran hombres bravos, pero sí lanzándoles a ellos o a sus familiares sátiras ingeniosas rebosantes de filosofía, tales como ésta que les resumiré de seguido. Andecha, para empezar diré, que cualquier cuadrilla es sin lugar a dudas una andecha. En la Enciclopedia Asturiana, obra plagada de fatales e imperdonables equivocaciones, en lo que se refiere, digo yo, porque es lo mío, a la Llingüa y demás costumbres ancestrales de mi Tierrina. Digo que en la Enciclopedia Asturiana, esos intrusos profesores de la «troya», dicen que l'andecha es una ayuda que se presta gratuitamente, y yo en este humilde libro, les digo rotunda y llanamente que «mienten más que se forian, si es que por no foriáxe no comen. La definición exacta de l'andecha es esta que yo les relato a ustedes muy simple y naturalmente.————————conjunto o cuadrilla de personas que van a una misma faena. Ejemplo: Los niños van en andecha a la escuela. Los mozos con las mozas van en andecha a la fiesta, etc., etc. Yo he ido a muchas andechas, y en todas ellas he cobrado mi sueldo, y mi madre que desde siempre fue la más pobre de mis aldeas, porque no teníamos ni una cuarta de tierra que fuese nuestra, sallú arrendiú ya coyu pan en andecha por el miserable sueldo de seis reales que se pagaban entonces, en casi todas las tierras de cuatro concejos. Han escrito muchos intrusos de la andecha fatáus de couxes (muchas cosas), y casi todas ellas sin el menor fundamento, lo que me demuestra que existen en mi Tierrina muchos «enteráus de Cartama» que hacen su andecha tan gratuitamente como ellos la pintan. Pero quienes conozcan las costumbres asturianas, quienes las vivieran dentro de duros trabajos, privaciones, sufrimientos y también sanas y simples alegrías, comprenderán lo mismo que yo entiendo. Que pa faluchar de fame (que para hablar de hambre), creo que antes uno tuvo que haberla pasado, no sirve copiar por lo que de ella dice el vecino, que a lo mejor también te está equivocando. L'andecha no es un trabajo gratuito, yo he trabajado en muchas andechas, tanto segando la hierba, comu coyendu 'l pan (recogiendo las espigas), axin comu faer borronáes (así como hacer de un prado o zarzal tierra labrantía), comu 'pelucar nus carrapiétchus nus ablanus (arrancar de los avellanos sus frutos), en fin, todas las faenas del campo, que por regla general se hacían en andechas y se pagaba un sueldo por tal trabajo. No hay que confundir la andecha con la gavita (ayuda). Porque la «Gavita», sí que en verdad es un trabajo que se hace con ayuda desinteresada en principio, pero que ha de ser pagada en igual o parecida forma, a no ser que a quienes se les brinde esta ayuda, se encuentren incapacitados para devolver la «Gavita». Antes, más de la mitad de las gentes de mis aldeas, como sus labranzas eran pequeñas y a veces hasta muy pobres, tenían que andar a xornalinus (jornales), para aquellos que pudiesen pagarles, bien fuese en dineros o en frutos de la tierra, así por ejemplo, cuando había que segar un prado grande, pues su dueño llamaba a diez o doce segadores, a los cuales les pagaban el sueldo que rigiere, y en andecha segaban el prado. TRADUCCIÓN.—Las abejas enjambran aproximadamente en los últimos días de la primavera, casi siempre lo suelen hacer, en los días más calurosos o cuando está el tiempo de truena. Si uno no quiere que se le marche algún enjambre tiene que cuidarlos, y tener a mano algunas colmenas hechas de los troncos de los cerezos o de los castaños, que son las que mejor quieren ellas. Estas colmenas tienen que estar tapadas por encina con el fin de oscurecerlas más con sascos, ramajes, etc., y siempre bien mojadas con agua de abejeras, que son unas flores que huelen muy bien y gustan mucho a las abejas. Así pues, que cuando enjambran sino quieren buscar su casa en ninguna de las colmenas que se tienen preparadas, entonces hay que llamarlas con voces que nada más que son dos palabras, venir, venir ouúh… y así una y otra vez. Muchos enjambres se logra dominarlos y introducirlos en las colmenas preparadas, pero otros los menos se marchan, porque a lo mejor ya con anterioridad las abejas hubiesen buscado en sus ancestros la libertad. Trabajaba yo en aquel suceder como jefe de equipo de uno de aquellos ingenios donde jugábamos con la muerte nada más que entrábamos por aquellas camaretas de aire comprimido, donde muchas veces nos reventaban los oídos de dolor, haciéndonos sangrar como patos degollados por la nariz y las orejeas, y algunos otros compañeros más flojos hasta perdían el conocimiento de dolor, y todo este sufrimiento, a parte del trabajo que era de lo más peligroso y esforzado, lo hacíamos por el miserable sueldo de diecisiete pesetas por jornada de trabajo, aparte de una insignificante prima que nos deban cuando les parecía, pues el día que no plantábamos nada el enorme bloque de cemento y hierro que lo mismo pesaba cien toneladas o más, y teníamos que plantarlo escavando la tierra, arena, piedra, etc., por dentro de él, hasta encontrar el firme que estaba por debajo del nivel del mar, así era que cuando el aire comprimido se marchaba, cosa que sucedía con mucha frecuencia, ya que el material que usaban para hacerlo era un conjunto de chatarra compuesto por compresores y tuberías, digo que cuando el aire se iba, el agua entraba dentro de la campana con mucha rapidez, y todos nosotros con la prisa de una centella teníamos que subir por una escalera de hierro pegada al bloque de cemento donde tan sólo cabía uno de cada vez, así era que con la humerada que producía el vapor del aire, que no dejaba ver nada, y el ruido del agua que por todos los lados fonderos del manolito de cemento a torrentes nos ahogaba, hacíamos a todos coger grandes cantidades de miedo, pues nadie ignoraba que aquel maldito bloque podía en cualquier momento falto del sostén del aire hundirse y dejarnos a todos reventados lo mismo que los higos de agosto, cuando maduros se desprenden de la higuera y se aplastan encima de las losas del suelo. Por todo esto, la lucha que se desarrollaba debajo de aquella escalera de hierro, era la de correr con grande prisa y disciplina, para poder huir con tiempo de aquel infernal peligro, que algunos compañeros nuestros de otras campanas más desgraciadas que la que yo dirigía, les había arrancado la vida. Después cuando de nuevo el aire volvía, teníamos que achicar el agua, y lo mismo tardábamos varios días en lograrlo, y durante todo este tiempo no cobrábamos ninguna prima. Fue precisamente por esta injusticia, por la que hablé con los diez hombres que trabajaban conmigo, y logré según mi parecer convencerles, para que no achicáramos más agua mientras que no nos pagasen la prima lo mismo que cuando trabajábamos picando y sacando la tierra. Sucedió que como a la hora de estar parados al lado de nuestra campana esperando el conseguir nuestros honrados derechos vino la brigadilla de lo criminal de Avilés, y con el látigo en la mano nos dijo desafiadoramente que sino entrábamos a trabajar con rapidez, nos despellejarían a latigazos allí mismo. Y todos con el mimo miedo que hubieran cogido cuando dentro de la campana huyéramos de su peligro, volvieron otra vez al trabajo sin decir palabra se marcharon todos cagados de miedo a aquella policía asesina, que matar a un hombre a latigazos era para ellos un feliz entretenimiento. Tan sólo se quedaron a mi lado dos jóvenes de mi edad aproximada que habían sido legionarios, y los tres juntos les dijimos que nosotros no trabajaríamos hasta que no nos pagasen la prima que reclamábamos. Allí mismo, los mariconazos e hijos de puta de aquellos cobardes y asesinos policías, nos empozaron a castigar con sus látigos, y seguidamente nos llevaron para su cuartel, y allí nos martirizaron salvajemente durante el tiempo de tres días con latigazos, patadas, puñetazos, insultos y demás, teniéndonos siempre amarrados a unas prietas esposas, y sin darnos los muy babosos ni tan sólo una gota de agua, pues ellos querían por todos los medios que nosotros firmásemos no se que hubiésemos hecho. Pero ninguno de nosotros firmamos nada, y entonces nos metieron a la cárcel, pero a los pocos días el juez nos puso en libertad. Y otra vez a la misma puerta de la cárcel volvieron a detenernos los negreros y asesinos policías de nuevo llevándonos a su cuartel y durante otros tres días nos estuvieron dando paliza tras paliza, y después de bien hartos de insultos y latigazos, nos pusieron en libertad, y los tres nos marchamos de nuevo a la "Hermandad Legionaria, de Nuestros Queridos Tercios” con el triste fin de curarnos las heridas que la Cobarde y Cerda Sociedad nos había tan injustamente hecho. —Algunos años más tarde me volví a ponerme en huelga en el Pozo Minero de LLáscaras, sucedió de la siguiente manera. Entre a trabajar en aquella mina como ramplero, durante un mes trabajé a las órdenes de un picador con el ardor y la fuerza que en mi desde niño ha sido junto con la honradez, las únicas virtudes que he tenido. El picador que trabajaba a destajo por metros de carbón picado, era un astur de grande fortaleza y como unos cuarenta años de edad, sabía su oficio como grande maestro que era, la rampla era cómoda pues tendría casi dos metros de ancha, y el carbón difícil de picar pues s'eboronaba (deshacía) nada más que metía en martillo en sus negras y relucientes vetas, durante toda la jornada envuelto en un río de sudor y sin detenerme nada, me era casi imposible dar a basto el retirar el carbón que aquella máquina humana picaba, no nos cruzábamos en todo el tiempo de trabajo ni una sola palabra, el picaba como un verdadero demonio, tal parecía un coloso que se quería comer la rica veta en un sólo relevo, de vez en cuando hacía un respiro para echarse un trago de vino de la bota que tenía colgado de una mamposta, desde luego ahora que le recuerdo y le estudio con detenimiento, tengo que reconocer que era el atuñáu más grande que yo había conocido, pues jamás me brindó a que limpiara mi garganta con un paparáu de vino, después cuando postiaba también hacía este trabajo con una rapidez y precisión que impresionaba, y aquí si me decía alguna orden, pues eso eran sus palabras, ten aquí, traí pacá, pon aquí, etc. El picaba diariamente el trabajo estipulado para tres o cuatro jornadas a sueldo, el cobraba esos sueldos que destajaba en un sólo jornal, mientras que yo tenía que hacer todo ese trabajo de más por tan sólo un sueldo, el miserable xornaletu de un rampleru. Pronto empece a pensar que me estaban despiadadamente robando mi sudor, bien el picador o la empresa, yo trabajaba tres veces más no cobrando nada mis que un rancuayin xueldu. ¿Por qué me preguntaba proporcionalmente no puedo cobrar yo todo este esfuerzo de más que hago? —Algunos picadores les suelen dar a sus ayudantes si se lo merecen el día de cobro una prima de su propio bolsillo, esto era la única recompensa que le correspondía a un rampleru. Llobu, lobo. Es sin ningún genero de dudas este maldito animal el más asesino y despiadado de todas las criaturas de la Tierra, en mis aldeas todos le odiamos y le tememos, porque por experiencia todo el mundo sabe que el lobo no se cansa de matar jamás, ya se tienen dado casos de que un solo lobo haya matado hasta veinte ovejas en una sola de sus feroces y despiadadas cacerías, los únicos animales que se defienden bastante bien de los lobos son las yeguas y las vacas caxinas, éstas son muy ágiles y bravas, se revuelven con grande rapidez en cualquier terreno y sus afilados cuernos son poderosas ballonetas que a veces los persiguen haciéndoles huir sino tienen mucha hambre. Las yeguas por otra parte se ponen haciendo un corro, y con las patas delanteras y sus dentames se defienden de tal manera que les es casi imposible a las feroces alimañas darlos caza, a no ser cuando cogen a un potrillo u otro animal sólo. De todas las maneras los lobos son muy, astutos, y para vencer el corro defensivo que preparan las caballerías ellos usan algunas artimañas y una de las más corrientes es esta. Todos sabemos que los caballos son los animales domésticos más inteligentes, inclusive a veces en algunas cosas todavía superan al fiel y querido perro, pero a pesar de todo los lobos cuando comprenden que sus bien formados corros defensivos son imposibles de ser vencidos, entonces se van a las llamuergas (barrizales) y se revuelcan por entre el lodo hasta que están completamente cubiertos, luego muy despacio se acercan a las yeguas y poniéndose dos o tres juntos, todos a la par se sacuden con fuerza, y las salpicaduras de lodo que arrojan con fuerza sus pelambreras llegan a los ojos de las caballerías, y aquella que haya quedado privada de la vista por la causa del lodo que se le metiera en sus ojos, sin lugar a dudas ya puede darse por muerta, mientras que a las demás huyen para de nuevo volver hacer si les es necesario otro corro defensivo.Primer Diccionario Enciclopédicu de la Llingua Asturiana > llobu
