1 generally accepted accounting principles
учет бухгалтерский по системе ГААП
Учет, строящийся на 9 основных принципах:
1) двойственность. Этот принцип по сути предусматривает то же, что и двойная запись, -.отражение операций дважды, по дебету и кредиту счетов, в одинаковой сумме. Принцип вытекает из балансового уравнения: Актив - Пассив + Собственный капитал фирмы. В основе же российского баланса лежит: Актив = Пассив, где под пассивом понимаются все источники (как собственные, так и привлеченные) средств. В ГААП отсутствует понятие "забалансового учета";
2) денежное измерение. В отличие от российской системы учета в ГААП подчеркивается исключительная роль денежного измерителя, особенно в учете основных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей;
3) самостоятельно хозяйствующий субъект. Фирма должна быть юридически самостоятельна по отношению к своему собственнику. Это положение полностью соответствует старой модели учета;
4) непрерывность. Предприятие, однажды возникнув, будет существовать вечно. Это своеобразный принцип ГААП, не имеющий аналога в РФ;
5) себестоимость. Объекты бухгалтерского учета должны быть оценены по цене приобретения и расходам, связанным с их доставкой, установкой, наладкой и пуском. В РФ принцип себестоимости закреплен в нормативных документах;
6) консерватизм. Этот принцип заключается в том, что бухгалтеры выбирают вариант, обеспечивающий наименьшую оценку активов;
7) значимость. Принцип значимости заключается в возможности повлиять на результат принимаемого решения, что осуществимо только при наличии необходимой информации;
8) реализация. В системе ГААП исходным является юридический аспект, согласно которому реализацией считается момент перехода права собственности в ценность. В РФ, начиная с 1995 года, применяется аналогичный принцип временной определенности фактов хозяйственной деятельности;
9) соответствие. Доходы данного отчетного периода должны быть соотнесены с расходами, благодаря которым эти доходы получены. Это трудный для практического применения принцип. Он является интерпретацией актива как затрат, которые в будущем должны стать доходами. В РФ же актив трактуется как хозяйственные средства предприятия.
