закон о правдивости при кредитовании
Появившийся в 1969 г. американский закон в защиту прав потребителей, который обязывает кредиторов указывать, каким образом они калькулируют проценты и другие платы за пользование кредитом, и выражать взимаемую плату в виде годовой процентной ставки (аnnuаl percentage rate). Этот же Закон устанавливает для заемщика право на “период ожидания”, т.е. право на одностороннее расторжение договора о кредите под залог недвижимости в течение трех суток со дня подписания договора потребительского кредита.
