2 Tenth Amendment
Определяет принцип федерализма американской государственной системы: "Полномочия, не делегированные Соединенным Штатам Конституцией, и не запрещенные ею для штатов, сохраняются соответственно за каждым штатом или за народом" ["The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"]. English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > Tenth Amendment

4 Constitutional Amendment
1) Одна из 27 поправок к Конституции США [ Constitution of the United States], принимавшихся с 1791 по 1992. см тж First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, Seventh Amendment, Eighth Amendment, Ninth Amendment, Tenth Amendment, Eleventh Amendment, Twelfth Amendment, Thirteenth Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, Fifteenth Amendment, Sixteenth Amendment, Seventeenth Amendment, Eighteenth Amendment, Nineteenth Amendment, Twentieth Amendment, Twenty-first Amendment, Twenty-second Amendment, Twenty-third Amendment, Twenty-fourth Amendment, Twenty-fifth Amendment, Twenty-sixth Amendment, Twenty-seventh AmendmentEnglish-Russian dictionary of regional studies > Constitutional Amendment

5 Bill of Rights
English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > Bill of Rights

6 incorporation doctrine
в 1925-69. Не относится к Второй [ Second Amendment], Третьей [ Third Amendment], Шестой [ Sixth Amendment] и Десятой [ Tenth Amendment] поправкам - остальные поправки включены (инкорпорированы) в Конституцию США [ Constitution, U.S.]English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > incorporation doctrine

9 dual federalism
English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > dual federalism

English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > reserved powers

12 states' rights
English-Russian dictionary of regional studies > states' rights
