Supplier shall: - ensure and be responsible for the compliance by any sub-contractor with the terms of the Contract; - include in the sub-contract provisions consistent with these conditions for the benefit of and enforceable by the Company; and - furnish the Company with copies of any sub-contract upon the Company's request at any time.
