Bedeutung, I) der Sinn eines Wortes: significatio (der durch ein Lautzeichen bezeichnete Sinn eines Wortes). – vis (die Geltung, die ein Wort dem Begriffe nach hat, der Sinn). – potestas (die Geltung, der Umfang, die Sphäre, die ein Wort hat, daß es den u. jenen Sinn annehmen, dieser u. jener Wortgattung [z.
