операционные активы
Активы предприятия, непосредственно задействованные в его производственной деятельности и формирующие доходы от этой деятельности. При определении объема операционных активов из общего состава активов исключаются долгосрочные финансовые вложения, незавершенное капитальное строительство, неустановленное и выведенное из эксплуатации оборудование, дебиторская задолженность по ссудам, предоставленным персоналу и другие аналогичные их виды. Для оценки доли операционных активов используется показатель «коэффициент операционных активов» [operating assets ratio], который определяется по следующей формуле: КОА =ОАп / А, где КОА — коэффициент операционных активов предприятия ОАп— объем операционных активов предприятия, непосредственно задействованных в его производственно-коммерческой деятельности; А—общая сумма активов предприятия. Скорректированный на коэффициент операционных активов показатель рентабельности активов позволяет точнее судить о способности предприятия генерировать прибыль в процессе своей производственно-коммерческой деятельности.
