Изменяемое, по У. Оккаму, получает некоторую форму или место, которых у него не было прежде, или наоборот, теряет форму и место, что у него были прежде. Ср. mutation, change - изменение; принцип такого изменения в том, что нечто становится иным, чем было прежде; существует четыре вида изменений: три вида движения и субстанциальное изменение, являющееся мгновенным, и следовательно, не являющееся в точном смысле движением, хотя иногда называется мгновенным движением. Оккам определяет изменение в таком номинальном определении (Sum. Phys. III, c. 3): "Изменяемое получает некоторую форму или место, которых у него не было прежде, или наоборот, теряет форму и место, что у него были прежде". Сравн. MOTUS, OPPOSITUM.
