Право, разрешенное Законом об АО. В частности, в нем указывается, что после поступления в открытое общество добровольного или обязательного предложения о выкупе акций, любое лицо вправе направить добровольное предложение в отношении соответствующих ценных бумаг. Это конкурирующее предложение должно быть направлено в открытое общество не позднее чем за 25 дней до истечения срока принятия последнего из ранее полученных открытым обществом предложений. Цена приобретаемых ценных бумаг, указанная в конкурирующем предложении, не может быть ниже цены приобретаемых ценных бумаг, указанной в направленном ранее добровольном или обязательном предложении. При этом лицо, которое в результате добровольного или обязательного предложения стало владельцем более 95 % общего количества акций открытого общества, обязано выкупить принадлежащие иным лицам остальные акции открытого общества, а также эмиссионные ценные бумаги, конвертируемые в такие акции, по требованию их владельцев.
