Налог, взыскиваемый у источника с дивидендов (dividends) или другого дохода, получаемого нерезидентом страны. Если между страной, в которой получен доход, и страной, резидентом которой является получатель дохода, существует соглашение об избежании двойного налогообложения (double-taxation agreement), можно потребовать возвращения взысканного налога.
