GDRглобальная депозитарная расписка; ГДРдепозитарные расписки, выпущенные банком-депозитарием, расположенным за пределами страны местонахождения эмитента, которые удостоверяют право собственности держателя ДР на определенное количество акций иностранного эмитента. Подобные депозитарные расписки обращаются на фондовых рынках нескольких стран и имеют номинал в долларах США или евро.
