בָּשַׁל(b. h.; √בש, sec. r. of באש, cmp. בשם, בשש) to ripen, boil, be done (through natural or artificial heat). Men.6a תמות וז׳ בבהמה unblemished condition and male sex of sacrifices are required only of cattle.
