ἀμῇ, att. ἁμῆ, von ἀμός, auf eine gewisse Weise, in der Verbindung ἀμηγέπη von den Atticisten bes. empfohlen, u. als Eleganz geltend, für ὁπωςοῠν; vgl. Luc. Rhet. praec. 16 Lexiph. 10; auf irgend eine Weise, gewissermaßen, oft Plat., z. B. ὁτιοῠν ὁτῳοῠν ἀμ. προςέοικε Prot. 331 d; Ar. Ach. 583 dem μηδέν entgegenstehend. Die Formen ἀμηγέποι, ἀμηγέπου u. ἀμηγέπως beruhen auf Fehlern der Abschreiber.
