עֲלִילוּתָאf. = h. עֲלִילָה, 1) doing, disposition. Yalk. Ps. 859 הוי בר נשא … עֲלִילוּתֵיהוכ׳ (not יהוי) O man, how the Merciful deals with thee! 2) indirectness, perverseness. Sabb.88b דסגן בע׳ those who walk perverse ways, opp. בשלימותא.
