(условия получения биржевой котировки) Условия, которые должны быть выполнены, прежде чем ценная бумага сможет продаваться на фондовой бирже. Чтобы курс ценной бумаги был внесен в Официальный список ценных бумаг, котируемых на основном рынке (main market) Лондонской фондовой биржи (London Stock Exchange), компания, которая хочет получить допуск на Биржу, обязана подписать соглашение о котировке своих акций (listing agreement). При этом обычно выдвигаются два основных требования: (1) стоимость активов компании должна быть выше определенного уровня;(2) компания публикует определенную финансовую информацию и во время размещения ценных бумаг (flotation), и регулярно после этого (см.: accounts( счета); directors report (отчет директоров)). Обычно условия получения биржевой котировки тем жестче, чем больше рынок. Так, для выхода на основной рынок в Лондоне от компаний требуется значительно больше информации, чем для операций некотируемых на основном рынке ценных бумаг (unlisted securities).
