(non-IE. after Alessio Studi etr. 18, 125 and Hubschmid 3me Congr. intern. de topon. 2, 186f..Origin: PG [a word of Pre-Greek origin]X [probably], ONOM [onomatopoia, and other elementary formations]Etymology: On κοκκύμηλον s. v.
