Как указано в Классификационном кодексе МПК, место и дату слушания по апелляции устанавливает МПСФ. Апелляционный орган вправе назначить адвоката для оказания помощи в ходе слушаний. Помимо спортсмена и переводчика, в слушаниях имеют право участвовать не более двух представителей каждой стороны. Каждая сторона имеет право представить документальные доказательства, меморандум слушаний или краткое письменное изложение дела, а также (по усмотрению апелляционного органа) вызывать свидетелей.

As stated in the IPC Classification Code a location and date of the appeal hearing are set by the IPSF. The Appeal Body may designate counsel to assist it in the hearing. Not more than two representatives of any party, apart from the athlete and the interpreter, are entitled to participate in the hearing. Each party shall have the right to offer documentary evidence, to submit a hearing memorandum or brief, and (subject to the Appeal Body’s discretion) to call witnesses.
