вероятностная модель
1. Модель, которая находится в отношении вероятностного подобия к моделируемому объекту. Соответственно, в отличие от детерминированной модели она содержит случайные элементы (см. Случайная величина). Таким образом, при задании на входе модели некоторой совокупности значений, на ее выходе могут получаться различающиеся между собой результаты в зависимости от действия случайного фактора (см. также Неопределенность, Помехи). Строго говоря, термин вероятностная модель должен применяться в тех случаях, когда известны вероятности наступления этих результатов. Если же неизвестны – лучше говорить о неопределенных моделях. Но в литературе такое различие соблюдается не всегда – отсюда другое название В.м. — стохастические модели. 2. В математической статистике и теории вероятностей В.м. называют тип распределения вероятностей случайных признаков (например, нормальное, биноминальное, экспоненциальное распределения).
