vy-avahāra-vishayam. a subject orᅠ title of legal procedure, any act orᅠ matter which may become the subject of legal proceedings
(according to Mn. VIII, 4-7 eighteen in number,
viz. ṛiṇâ̱dānam, nikshepaḥ, asvāmi-vikrayaḥ,
sambhūya-samutthānam, dattasyâ̱napakarma, vetanâ̱dānam,
saṉvid-vyatikramaḥ, kraya-vikrayâ̱nuṡayaḥ,
svāmi-pālayorvivādaḥ, sīmā-vivādaḥ, vāk-pārushyam,
daṇḍa-pārushyam, steyam, sāhasam, strī-saṉgrahaṇam,
strīpuṉ-dharmaḥ, vibhāgaḥ, dyūtam, āhvayaḥ, qq.vv.)

2 समुत्थान
sam-utthānan. (ifc. f. ā) the act of rising up together, getting up R. ;
hoisting (of a flag) Tithyād. ;
recovering from sickness orᅠ injury MBh. ;
healing, cure Mn. Yājñ. ;
swelling (of the abdomen) R. ;
augmentation, increase, growth (of property) Yājñ. ;
rise, origin (ifc. = « rising orᅠ springing from») Suṡr. Hariv. Kāv. ;

3 सम्भूय
sam-bhūyaind. being together, being united orᅠ combined with (in later language often used as an adv. = « together, in common, in company» andᅠ sometimes forming first member of a comp.;
sambhūya samutthānam, engaging in business after joining partnership, « association in trade», « partnership») Mn. MBh. etc. (cf. IW. 261);
- kārin mfn. acting in concert orᅠ in company, a coadjutor, co-partner, colleague W. ;
- gamana n. orᅠ - yāna n. going in company Kām.
