акционерный регистр
Список участников компании (members of company), который все британские компании обязаны хранить в своем зарегистрированном офисе (registered office) или в том месте, где ведется такой список, и адрес которого известен Регистратору компаний. В списке указываются имена и адреса участников компании, даты регистрации их как участников и даты их выхода из компании. Если компания относится к числу акционерных, в регистре должны отражаться число и класс акций, принадлежащих каждому из акционеров, и суммы, уплаченные ими за акции. Поскольку регистрируется юридическое, а не фактическое владение акциями, из регистра далеко не всегда можно узнать, кто в действительности владеет акциями. Членам компании регистр должен предоставляться для ознакомления бесплатно в течение по меньшей мере двух часов обычного рабочего дня. Другие лица могут ознакомиться с регистром за небольшую плату. При неправильном ведении регистра в него могут быть внесены исправления на основании решения суда.
