(stare in piedi: rif. a cose) être debout: l'antico castello si regge ancora le vieux château est encore debout. 3. ( fig) ( controllarsi) se retenir: vedendolo arrivare così tardi non ho più saputo reggermi en le voyant arriver aussi tard je n'ai plus pu me retenir. 4.
